Credit Union Benefits Core Function Is To Engage And Educate Credit Union Members On How To Maximize Their Benefits Through Their Credit Union.

Credit Union Members who have requested their Financial Guide & Will Kit, are then invited to meet with a Credit Union Benefits trained representative. Every member that is presented to, completes the Credit Union Benefits Survey.
The survey determines if the member belongs to a Credit Union, deposit accounts in use, products and services of interest, and loan inquires. Once a presentation is complete, the member completes an exit survey in which they are able to express their interest in follow up.

We utilize social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, to reach the nearly 120 million Credit Union Members across North America.
Credit Union members and their families by the tens of thousand’s each year request the “Financial Guide & Will Kit” provided by Protect My Family; along with information on what benefits Credit Unions have to offer.
This request opens the door for the Credit Union Benefits Partnership Program to fulfill it’s mission of Growing, Educating, and Protecting Credit Union Members.

Through the Credit Union Benefits Partnership Program, every member that is met with is able to extend the “Financial Guide & Will Kit” along with the same service and benefit explanation to other family and friends at no cost.
This creates another opportunity for CUB to meet with other families who don’t belong to a Credit Union. Almost 40% of all new memberships and loan inquiries that are generated from the CUB Partnership Program come from Sponsorship.
